Bio

Melanie Rivas graduated from Utica College with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Crimes Investigation. With over 10 years of experience in investigations and compliance within financial institutions she is a risk management professional holding certificates in Sanctions, Financial Crimes Investigations and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

In her free time, she enjoys photography, mentoring, and building strong personal and professional relationships. With the current state, it is evident that many individuals have become displaced from their employers and are facing ongoing uncertainty. Her goal is to provide encouragement and support to professionals by creating resumes which highlight the achievements of individuals and make connections with prospective employers by matching the needs of both parties while maintaining the integrity of each résumé.

Résumé

GRADED*

A review of client's current résumé will include spelling, grammatical, recommendations for format, and other areas of improvement. No changes will be made to the résumé, this is strictly for grading purposes and those who are wanting constructive feedback and would like to do the heavy lifting for themselves.

BASIC *

Phase 1: A 30-minute interview to discuss current profession, experience and interests.

Phase 2: A review of client’s current résumé to include light format changes, paraphrasing, strength, missing elements, spelling, grammatical and recommendations for formatting or other areas ways enhancement. A final draft will be provided to client.

A NEW START

Phase 1: A 30-minute interview to discuss current profession, experience and interests.

Phase 2: Consultant will start initial draft to review with client.
